On 26th and 27th January 2026, ROSAS project partners gathered in Barcelona, Spain, for the 2026 General Assembly after one year of the project 🎉
An opportunity for all partners to communicate on progress and next steps.
Barcelona Supercomputing Center hosted the event and gave a tour of the center. 🤖
Thanks Oriol Lehmkuhl and Albert Guerrero Rubio from BSC!
About ROSAS
The ROSAS project (RObust simulation Systems exploiting AI based turbulence models and high-fidelity algorithmS) is funded under Horizon Europe, with the mission to develop AI-augmented aerodynamic simulation tools to accelerate aircraft design and reduce costly physical testing.
Led by ONERA – The French Aerospace Lab and supported by a strong consortium composed of 14 partners from 8 EU countries and the UK, ROSAS is about integrating Machine Learning (ML) and advanced turbulence modelling, to enable the next generation of climate-neutral aircraft with improved operational reliability.
A major step to meet the European Union’s goals of aeronautical industry competitiveness and climate neutrality
